CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a courtesy to both our schedule and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule — emergency circumstances will be taken into consideration. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% service fee. - No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in limited booking privileges. Thank you for your understanding and respecting the value of our time together.
